Dehydrators?
Talk to me about dehydrators?
I know excalibur is suppose to be good, but why is it better than the cheaper options. Also, can you tell me the difference between the excalibur models - economy 2900ecb or the 3926tb.

Re: Dehydrators?
for one its much bigger. mine has 9 large square trays, so it can dehydrate A LOT at once. also it has a temp setting, which is good for lots of different things. i can also take out all the trays and still use the temp/fan setting (so i can make yogurt, maybe 12 mason jar qts, at a time).
mine is the 392tb. it looks the same as the economy, just more trays. (i dont' have a timer on mine, either). what do you want to make with it? |

Re: Dehydrators?
Dh has been making jerky in the oven. If we had a dehydrator we would probably do fruit as well. Not sure what else.
