Low grade fevers after busy days
Does anyone else ever run a slightly elevated temp after especially exhausting days?
I find myself completely depleted and if I take my temp, it will be @99.4. My normal temp is about 97.8 Does this happen to anyone else? Do you know why?

Re: Low grade fevers after busy days
It is normal for a persons temp to rise as the day goes on. My youngest would frequently run 99 plus towards evening

Re: Low grade fevers after busy days
My experience I can run a low grade fever during bad/high stress days, or flares of my colitis, or when I don't stay hydrated well enough... I am unaware about in response to just busy days, though I am curious if it is possible it's a normalish thing (like maybe being more physically active those days drives your body temp up a bit higher or something).
