Re: March Dinners
DD and I had turkey melts with hummus, and she had yogurt. I hate cooking for just the two of us when DH works until midnight

Re: March Dinners
Oh tonight's dinner was so yummy! Cowboy Butter Chicken and Zucchini Noodles, oven-roasted broccoli, oven-roasted purple cabbage, arugula and spinach salad with lemon vinaigrette. I feel good having four servings of veggies in one dinner.

Last night I made lasagna! Dairy free and gluten free lasagna! I thought it was amazing. The girls not do much.

Re: March Dinners
We're having Loose-Meat Sandwiches tonight. I have never cooked ground meat in a crockpot without browning. Let's hope it's not going to turn into a meatloaf!
I am serving it with zucchini chips. ---------- Post added at 12:11 PM ---------- Previous post was at 12:04 PM ---------- Quote:

One of these days I'd like to try baking awhile and then topping with cheese. And baking again to see if I can get them crispy. Sent from my SM-G930P using Tapatalk
