Re: oil diffuser questions
Good to know! I guess I already threw out the box. I know it came with instructions, but I don't know where they are now. I don't remember it saying how many drops, but I can look online. Thanks!

Re: oil diffuser questions
The founder of the herbalist course I'm taking says to diffuse for up to 2 hours then take a 1-2 hour break, but that the effects are cumulative.

Re: oil diffuser questions
I was asking about this last night. The 'effects' aren't taking place after 30-60 minutes, so you're using the EO without getting the optimal benefits after that time.

Re: oil diffuser questions
So related to this, one of the oils that I have is for breathing/congestion. We've only used it once, but I had it running all night in our room thinking that it would help ds breathe better at night. Clearly I'm not going to be getting up all night turning it on and off. So how would you use something like that when you want it to have an effect for a long period? Do the rest of you really turn your diffusers on and off frequently throughout the day? The one I've been using the most is an immune system blend, so I have been using it during the winter to try to keep us healthy (and I think it's helping). Lots to think about!

Re: oil diffuser questions
Run it before bed and turn it off 30 minutes after he goes to sleep?

Re: oil diffuser questions
Yes. I fill it with water and then add the drops.
