Is there any way to fix my teeth?

I have a cracked back tooth that now has a cavity. I want to try to reverse the damage. Is there anything I can do?
I thought I read somewhere about fermented cod liver oil and oil pulling.
Any advice?

You can read healing tooth decay by Rami Nagel. He has a very effective protocol.

If the tooth is cracked you probably want to get it crowned. Fixing cavities is one thing bit a cracked tooth is under stress from chewing and could eventually get really bad (depending on where the crack is).
