The only way we get leftovers is if I deliberately set it aside before we eat... Or make a fish featuring squah or zucchini as DH has no concept of leftovers no matter how much I make but hates squash/ zucchini.

I'm trying this skillet burst cherry tomato summer pasta with lemony breadcrumbs with a Caesar salad, bread and some homemade brownie ice cream sandwiches.

That sounds delicious.
I'm doing crock pot gf chicken and dumplings and cut raw veggies with optional hummus or ranch.

I was already going to make some kind of pasta with zucchini on the side tonight, but ds requested zucchini noodles so zucchini noodles with Italian sausage tomato cream sauce it will be with spinach salad on the side.
