Tonight I'm trying summer coconut chickpea curry with rice and fried halloumi. I'm pretty sure not everyone in my family will love this, but I just have to try it because it's been calling my name .

I think we may do chicken pot pie with green beans tonight.
Or leftovers— we have tons of those, and it’s just me and DD tonight.

Last night I did a chicken and broccoli stir fry.

Tonight we had grilled rib-eye steaks, mashed potatoes, and glazed carrots.

I'm toying with making polenta tomorrow night. It's cooling off, so having the stove on won't be horrible, but I really don't want to stir for 30 minutes. . I know I don't really have to, but I can't help myself. I might try making it in the crock pot and doing a quick sausage and veggie sauce to go with it.

First time I've heard of fried halloumi, and two of you are doing it!

I made soft chicken tacos tonight. Chicken, sautéed red onions and yellow peppers, lettuce, cilantro, and dressing made of ranch, siracha, and lime juice.

Tonight its slow cooked butter chicken (and I've just arrived home and my house smells divine!) with brown rice. Its a receipe from my naturopath and everyone loves it

Its been very cold here with high winds the last few days so a yummy, slow cooked meal is just perfect

Tonight we're having Shrimp Stacks (tastes just like sushi), shrimp gyoza, and an asian salad.

I was stumped, so I'm making pasta.

At least it's mostly homemade - zucchini noodles (from our garden) and homemade marinara, boxed rotini for the Littles.

Perhaps a Caprese salad as well.
