Fave pork chop recipe for slow-cooker?
I have some pork chops that I'd like to do something with in the crock-pot. Normally I do a breaded mushroom thing or grill them on the BBQ, so I thought I'd try something in the crock-pot. I've done an apple/pork thing in the crock-pot before that turned out well, but it was a pork roast, not chops. Any ideas for chops?

Re: Fave pork chop recipe for slow-cooker?
I did a really easy one last fall/winter. It was just pork chops, then dump a can of saurkraut over them. I can't remember how long they cooked, but it seemed like I did it in the morning around 8 or 9 and we always eat between 5:30 and 6.

You can crock pot, or stove top this one
For 4 or 5 chops brown chops (with onion if you like, I don't) and drain fat mix: 1/4 cup soy sauce 1 14 oz can crushed pineapple 2 tbsp brown sugar 1/4 cup ketchup throw over chops in crock pot, or simmer on stove top, covered. I do it on low heat on stove top for about 1.5 hours, until totally tender. thicken with cornstarch if needed |
