What am I doing wrong?
Or maybe the better question is what is my bread machine doing wrong?
For years I've made a Red River Whole Grain bread in my bread machine. (For non-Canadians, Red River Cereal is a grainy hot cereal.) It is a delicious, dense, grainy bread. I've made it in 3 different bread machines with no problem. Now I have a new bread machine & whenever I make this bread it comes out with a big crater on the top. It takes dense bread to a whole new level. I don't know why it is doing this & it is driving me crazy. Any ideas?
