Storing bulk spices

I buy most of my spices from the bulk food store. So they come in those little plastic round lidded containers. Right now I just store them in my pantry stacked on top of each other, which is fine... But it seems that there should be a more efficient way to store them and keep them easily accessible.

So looking for ideas for spice storage!

I buy some in 1 lb bags from Azure or Frontier and they're in a heap. And I can never remember what I have.

I keep smaller bottles in the cabinet and refill them form the bulk stuff in the pantry. But I still have far too many small jars in the cabinet that fall out when I look for something. Yeah, I'm no help.

I have a drawer that is deep enough for the bottles to be upright. I have drawer organizers to keep like spices together. Many of my spices were bought bulk or in plastic bags. I keep the bags inside of Ziplock sandwich baggies.
