Is there a thread on oil pulling?
I need to know how to do it,safe while Breastfeeding and what kind of oil.
I feel like I'm falling apart..I've had drainage,congestion and dizziness for a couple of months now which I think are allergies..I have chest congestion now and I feel like my teeth are falling apart on me.

 I think there is one.  I use coconut oil. eta: I can't find a good thread all about that, so I'm not sure.

Does it matter if it's expeller pressed or cold pressed! I'm not sure on the difference...

I did it for 2 days using coconut oil. I only lasted for 5 minutes,rinsed,at breakfast then brushed.
I didn't do it this morning because I'm not sure if I should with my metal fillings.

I am definitely interested in oil pulling. What others besides coconut? I am going to ask around a bit because I am about to make a big oil order from YL. Been wanting to get more into oils. I will let you know what suggestions my friends who use YL have.
