I have some from the hot list and some from the cold list.
I do not like juice though.
When I was pg w/ ds - who will be 15 soon - where did the years go? - I was drinking pineapple/orange/banana juice in the mornings before I would drive to work. When I got there I would feel just awful and nauseous and would have to sit down. I found out later that I had gestational diabetes and the juice that I thought was so healthy is what was making me feel so awful in the morning.
To this day, I still don't like juice anymore.
I think that was a double negative or some sort of dreadful grammar. Sorry.

I have a few foods that made me sick in pregnancy, and I still can't eat them either.

It is really normal to have stuff from both lists. If you were having a consult with a practitioner, they would use a much more comprehensive list and break it down into a bunch of organ systems. Then they would look at each system to see if it was hot or cold, and see which way you lean overall. The systems have to be addressed separately, which makes it more complicated, but allows for better results. A few organ systems are particularly sensitive to cold foods, whereas others can take it in stride.

So I guess I should say that, overall, people who have a good number of things from the cold list need to use caution with juices (and cold drinks in general, actually.) You can get much more specific with it, though, if you talk to someone who is trained.
