I spent the afternoon outside with my kids, which was awesome, but I stayed out too long. It's 4:30 and nothing is thawed, no ingredients for an easy pantry meal ...

I want an au pair.

Three cheers for an unorganized freezer! By digging, I found a gf pizza and some bags of onion rings. If my freezer had been organized, those would have been eaten long ago.

I have some fresh veggies to go along with it.

I'm menu planning TONIGHT. So tired of throwing it together.

We had beef tips and gravy, rice, asparagus. Sugar snap peas for my girls who don't do asparagus (more for me!).
