I spent the afternoon outside with my kids, which was awesome, but I stayed out too long. It's 4:30 and nothing is thawed, no ingredients for an easy pantry meal ...

We had beef tips and gravy, rice, asparagus. Sugar snap peas for my girls who don't do asparagus (more for me!).
