Egg Salad.
I'm holding out that it is ACTUALLY spring. I want to eat spring food. And to be prepared for the million easter eggs my boys will want to dye.
How do you make yours? Right now I do salt, pepper, mayo, garlic and smoked paprika.

Re: Egg Salad.
I think mine is almost exactly like deviled egg guts. Mostly mayo, some ground mustard, paprika, salt and pepper.

Re: Egg Salad.
I make mine with sweet relish and crispy bacon added in. (of course mayo, salt, pepper, spices, etc.) Oh, and DH says lots of dill is necessary.

Re: Egg Salad.
The things I haven't seen mentioned, that I use (I just kinda make it up as I go each time) is celery salt. And I usually add tumeric because it doesn't really change the flavor (and the yellow color doesn't make it weird like it would with other foods) and it's SOOO healthy, so it's an easy way to add more of it into our diets.

Re: Egg Salad.
Sometimes I like putting in celery or onions. Otherwise just Miracle Whip and mustard.

Re: Egg Salad.
I'll make a big batch of Amish mustard eggs and if I feel like a little egg salad, I'll dice those and add mayo.
