Guilt-free Chocolate Chip Cookies
Pretty much, anyway.
http://www.wholegraingourmet.com/rec...p-cookies.html I used fructose on my first batch and made brown sugar my mixing 1 T molasses with 1/2 c fructose. I also used straight WW flour. And Ghiradelli bittersweet, 60% dark choc. chips . DH went back to the store to get me buteer and choc. chips to make them again. |

Re: Guilt-free Chocolate Chip Cookies
Those sound really good! I have been wanting some Choc. Chip cookies so badly.
I don't like digging out the food processor, though. I wonder if I can use my blender to grind the oats.... How is organic sugar better than regular sugar, though? Processedness-wise, I mean.

Re: Guilt-free Chocolate Chip Cookies
I didn't necessarily use organic sugar....just fructose. I think it was irganic by default. I bet you could use turbinado. That is less processed, right?
