Quick! Need feedback. Do we go to the ER?

Updates 8 & 13

My 13yo came home from volunteering at soccer camp today and told me she has been getting pain a cross her belly button & down her right side. It comes and goes but is not able enough that she bends over and gets a headache when the pain passes.

I called the office of her pcp and they don't have any appointments today and don't schedule for Saturday's. I would have to call at 8am and hope to get an appointment. So, with these symptoms which line up with appendicitis what would you do?

Urgent care?
ER?
Wait and hope for an appt. with the pcp tomorrow morning?
Wait and schedule an ally w the pcp next week?

I'm a little stressing out here. I don't do medical stuff well due to experiences growing up.
Give me feedback please!

Is it very hot there? could she be very dehydrated?

However, I'd probably head to urgent care. Prayers

Does she have a fever? Is she throwing up? Those two with the localized pain would be enough to get me to the ER.
Could it be heatstroke associated? (Soccer camp?)

Would have her start on clear fluids until you get this figured out.Can be broth or jello.Did she pull something? Does she have cycles yet? I would have herrrest and drink and see how she does and if it continues or worsens would seek care.If it doesnt you have that option to cal in nmorning and INSIST on an appt with PCP. If you are concerned woul call PCP back and ask to get worked in even if you have to wait

Have her rest, does it go away? Increase with activity? Has she vomited? Does she feel hungry enough to eat?

In the meantime, lots of clear fluids.

How bad is the pain? Going across the abdomen and down follows the large intestine's path and so it could also be gas. Not all LRQ pain is appendicitis. If it's really bad, though, I would take her in. How long has she been hurting?

Not very hot today. Unlikely to be heat related.
Asked her about her cycle and it was last week. So not that.
Possibly under hydrated.
No nausea.
No fever.

Thinking it might be constipation. Apparently she doesn't poo everyday. :/
She drank a big glass of water and spent forever in the bathroom.

One of my kids gets horrible pain when he just needs to go to the bathroom. I hope that resolves it for her.

My sister had something similar and it was an ovarian cyst. I don't think there was much that could be done for it though.

The pain moved to her back but too low to be a kidney issue. I am feeling more confident about it being bathroom related. Any tips on helping someone become more regular?

That kind of lower pain can also be urinary/bladder related - any symptoms of that? Thos quick CVS type walk ns can diagnose UTIs if needed

An Epsom salt soak can help if she has pulled muscles and the extra mag can help if she is constipated.Is she on Probiotics?

My kids do Natural Calm and homemade kombucha daily, in addition to vitamin C.
