Two ingredient cookies (well, I used 4 ingredients)
I found this recipe on Pinterest and love it!
Cookies made with 2 large mashed very ripe bananas and 1 cup quick oats, baked at 350 for 15 minutes. I stirred in mini chocolate chips and walnuts. Yum! I bet it would work with quinoa flakes, too.

I needed this last night! I wanted a sweet but I only have one egg for the rest of the week and I needed to save it for pancakes. Might try this today!
