Your experiences with olive leaf extract?
Have you read about the research and clinical results of olive leaf extract? Amazing stuff. Apparently it's a natural antibiotic that is useful for curing Candida infections, UTI, lowering blood sugar and normalizing blood pressure. And a million other things. Has anyone here tried it?

Re: Your experiences with olive leaf extract?
Yes we swear by it. We see real results. I've had a virus stop in a day many times. We give the kids liquid extract in juice, and we use capsules for ourselves / bigger kids. Can't recommend it highly enough. And friends who are quite 'medical' use it now we told them about it and they rave like us.

Re: Your experiences with olive leaf extract?
Nice!! Do you take it every day or just when you're coming down with something?

Re: Your experiences with olive leaf extract?
Just when we are getting something or are in contact with someone who is sick. If there's a virus in the house everyone takes it.

Re: Your experiences with olive leaf extract?
We're in Australia. Not sure what brands you have access to. We aren't loyal to any one brand as such, we have a shop we get our supplements from and they have a couple.

very interesting. subbing so I can come back and look into it.

Re: Your experiences with olive leaf extract?
I've used it topically on a yeast infection. It works very very well but stings like crazy! I haven't used it internally.

Re: Your experiences with olive leaf extract?
I've used it for candida, though in combination with other things. I definitley think it helped.
As for removing moles, never used it for that, though I've successfully removed a bunch of moles with ACV, and one with oregano oil.

Re: Your experiences with olive leaf extract?
Really! How did you do that and how long did it take?

Re: Your experiences with olive leaf extract?
I just soak a cotton ball (usually just 1/4-1/2 of one) and put it on the mole and cover it with a bandaid. I re-wet it or replace it every morning and every night. Takes about 2-4 days, depending on the mole, then I take everything off and it dries up and scabs over and eventually comes off. I've had a couple that have come back after time, so I've actually got one on my back right now that I'm waiting for the scab to come off of, then I'm going to do a couple more days of ACV on it just to make sure I got it all. I have no qualms experimenting on myself, though. LOL
It isn't as quick and efficient as having a doctor remove it, but it's much cheaper and just as effective! It's essentially burning the mole off, so sometimes it can irritate the skin around it, and I've read you can coat the area outside the mole with vaseline or something to help protect it, but I've never really bothered. Sometimes I do end up getting a tiny layer of scab on small areas of the skin outside, but it is very miniscule and is never uncomfortable enough for me to really care. I did attempt to use those round "callous" things (with the open hole inside) once but it didn't work as well, the ACV didn't seem to reach the mole well.
