Baseball game nights are hard because we have to be there from 4-7. I bought some Trader Joe's pizza dough, so I think we'll each make individual pizzas when we get home.

I'm going low low sugar, in fact none whilst I try the candida diet.
Made salmon in lemon and cider vinegar dressing, salad with buckwheat, green lentils, Avacado, red pepper, and green beans, cucumber and broccoli. Natural live yoghurt for dessert. |

Tonight's dinner was a chicken and collard green stir fry served over rice for the kids and zucchini noodles for dh and I.
First fresh corn on the cob of the year! Not local (I'm in Michigan -- we have a fantastic corn on the cob season, just not in April ) but still exciting.
