Re: Air fryer
Neither had I until this infomercial. They made a "bloomin' onion" with I think they said 70% less calories. I LOVE me a bloomin onion! Not so much the calories I know they have with the breading & the oil, not to mention the best part....the dipping sauce. I think it's over 1,000 calories per onion. With the air fryer they quoted way less though I don't remember the exact number.
Pinterest has some recipes Here is a little info on it. I wanna try this recipe if I get one this year. I absolutely love terra chips but they are so very pricey. I could do so much AND save so much. Last edited by gerberadaisy; 05-16-2016 at 12:24 PM. |

Re: Air fryer
This looks like something that was one of Oprah's favorite things ten years or so ago. It was super expensive so I didn't even consider it. But it looks like they have come down a lot. I wouldn't mind one, there are a lot of fried foods Ivy would like, but I am not willing to fry at home because I hate cleaning the mess.

Re: Air fryer
I want one so bad but I'm a sucker for kitchen gadgets. Fortunately my budget won't allow me to get one I guess. I'd probably fry everything. I've been eying one for a while but idk how much I'd actually use it. We almost never fry stuff.

Re: Air fryer
The one on the infomercial sold for "three easy payments " of something like 150+, it was originally 4 payments but they were so kind to drop a payment. Haha. Anyway, the one I'm looking at is in the neighborhood of 200. We don't get each other bday, anniversary, or other gifts throughout the year but we might splurge on occasion of it is for the family. We'll see.

Re: Air fryer
My mom found one at the thrift store. She loved it.

Re: Air fryer
Have you eaten any food from it?
I'm really curious to hear the reviews of people who've eaten the product.

I looked at that review site. She has the 3rd one down. I wouldn't have known it was so expensive. Whoa.
