Chicken with Mustard Cream Sauce, Basmati Rice, Asparagus

We had a last minute change of evening plans which actually left us at home instead of on the road as we usually are on Monday nights...

So based on the requests of the kids, and because they MOWED down the gluten free, dairy free pizza that I made a few days ago, we had an encore. And doubled the recipe. Every last bit was polished off.

Raw veggies and dip on the side.
