Welp.
I got a whole chicken from our CSA last week and crocked it overnight.

In the garage.
Because DH is veg and can't stand the smell.

So. I kkkkinda lost track of it.
Aaaand it fell apart.

I threw it in a large boiling pot with some water and onion to make some bone broth.

Does anyone know if I could empty the broth, refill it, and make a second batch?

I hafta have it off the stove to let the house air out around 4 before DH gets home at 5:30.

Or I'll hear about it allllll night.

I rock.

Yes, I refill the water several times for each chicken.

I do each chicken carcass at least twice.
