What would you do with a plethora of tiny onions?
I've got a ton of tiny onions (bigger than a marble, smaller than a golf ball) from my garden. Give me ideas for what to do with them?

I haven't tried this recipe but I did pin it because it looked really good. http://www.afamilyfeast.com/seared-b...ish-dumplings/. I have no idea if cipollini onions are different than baby onions, however.

Re: What would you do with a plethora of tiny onions?
yum yum yum!
I would cut them up and roast them and eat them plain, grill them, saute them with bell peppers and eat on burgers, in omelets, fajitas and burritos, put them on nachos, and I would put them on pizza. That is if onions didn't give me migraines- I miss them.

Mix them up with cubed potato, sweet potato, beet, carrot, 2 Tbsp oil, parsley, sage, rosemary and thyme, and salt and pepper and oven roast them at 400ish until awesome (about 40 minutes depending on how stubborn your potatoes feel).

Re: What would you do with a plethora of tiny onions?
I should have said that none of us care for raw onions.
Roasting them is a good idea, though. I wonder about grilling them?
