You may be pleasantly surprised,that stuff is delicious pan fried in some olive oil (about fifteen minutes to a side for a nice crunch!) Add marinara or pesto But beware,a tube of polenta is not going to take you far. Some grilled chicken on the side with artichokes and tomatoes would be awesome. |

Pan fry it in butter, then top with a stir fry made of frozen spinach, white beans, onion, garlic and mushrooms oh and cheese too! Season to taste and you've got yourself a delicious vegetarian meal!
