Probably hamburgers, fries, and squash. We had fajitas, heavy on squash last night. Baking lots of squash breads to freeze this weekend. Also going to make a bunch of breakfast sandwiches with squash buns, eggs, bacon, and cheese. I haven't been to the garden for 2 days because I don't want to find more squash.

I forgot it was a new month and replied on the old thread.

Anyway, it's Fishy Friday - fish tacos, steamed broccoli, and a salad.

Passthemanna, if you need any more recipes, this chocolate zucchini bread is wonderful!

Violamum- that is one of the easiest ways to get my kids to eat zucchini! I have made a few recipes like that :-)

We're having Cajun Shrimp/Turkey Keilbasa & veggies over brown rice. It's an air frier recipe that I usually make in the oven, but I'm going to have DH BBQ it because it was 100 degrees today !

Either spaghetti or loaded baked potatoes. Maybe both since its Saturday and no soccer. Though possibly only one since going out with BFF for pedis and drinks for her bday. Then they can fend for themselves. Weeeeee! Then the other one tomorrow.

eta: I did the spaghetti with a spinach salad - the morning got away from me and then suddenly everyone (including myself) was getting handry so went with the quicker one. Leave at 3 to p/u bff so will do the loaded baked potatoes with roasted cauliflower tomorrow.
