I threw together something new today and it was a big hit!
8 oz pasta, cooked 1 lb sauteed, chopped chicken breasts 8 oz Italian blend cheese (1 bag Sargento 6-cheese shredded) 4 oz cream cheese Heavy cream (about 3/4 c.) 4 roma tomatoes, seeded and diced Melt cheeses and cream. Mix in chicken and pasta, adding more cream if needed. Right before serving, stir in tomatoes.

Baked ziti, Caesar salad and bread. My ds is dairy free, so I don't usually eat stuff like this, but we were supposed to have people over. They're sick, so we'll have lots of leftovers!

Dd helped me make seasoned chicken breasts; cream cheese, half and half and parmesan rice (a nod to Connie's dish today
 ); and steamed corn.

last night was smoked turkey out of the freezer, sweet potato fries and green beans. tonight is zucchini lasagna, probably with salad and artisan bread.
