tonight was ham with roasted potatoes, sweet potatoes, brussels sprouts, and carrot "fries". I'm all about roasted veggies.

Fettuccine with Roasted Butternut Squash, Brown Butter & Sage http://www.thekitchn.com/recipe-fettucin-13396 and Trader's Joes' Harvest Blend salad on the side. I have the butternut squash roasting in the oven right now and it smells amazing! |

Tonight is basic! I have a teething toddler so I threw some Tilapia with Old Bay sprinkled on it into the oven, steamed some cauliflower,broccoli, and carrots. Making some cheesy potatoes as well.
