Re: May 2020 Dinners
Tonight the I added coconut amenos to the veggies and then the chicken got the end of some orange chicken sauce from two weeks ago that I thined out with some water.
I thought it was good. And I was really really happy with the cauliflower leaves ( I cut them cross wise) in the mix. I had seen a random 'zero waist' kitchen video on Facebook that talked about useing the leave from the cauliflower so I decided to try it. Sent from my Pixel 2 XL using Tapatalk

Re: May 2020 Dinners
Is there a difference in flavor between brands of coconut aminos? I'd never had them before and picked up a bottle at Trader Joe's a couple of months ago - it's quite sweet. I was expecting salty, like soy sauce, but it's not. (My dh won't eat anything sweet and salty. )

Re: May 2020 Dinners
They are all really sweet, actuly the trader joes brand is less sweet than some other brand's. When I want just salty I will use fish sause as a sub for soy sauce.

Re: May 2020 Dinners
Last night we had a grilled chicken, grilled peach, and watermelon salad with burrata cheese and balsamic glaze.
Tonight are shrimp quesadillas with a tomato/avocado salsa and a side salad.

Re: May 2020 Dinners
Tonight I threw chicken breasts, a jar of salsa, and 8oz cream cheese in the crockpot.
Cooked on high for four hours. Shredded and served on tortillas with beans as a side. Huge hit with the toddler! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Re: May 2020 Dinners
Everyone loves the Asian Salad I make so I am doing a different one with Egg Rolls (frozen) tonight.
Anyone make their own egg / spring rolls? Is it hard - and I mean MY level of hard. Not YOUR level of hard.
