(dietary revamp processing thread ;) ) We LOVE the chocolate larabar recipe, especially if you add some instant coffe granules roasted salted cashews and dates taste JUST like the cashew cookie ones! OH MY GOODNESS. I just made these cupcakes for Matt's birthday. They are AH MAY ZING!!!! http://www.elanaspantry.com/flourles...late-cupcakes/ I took a choc ganache recipe from allrecipes and subbed coconut milk and halved it in case it didn't work out. It DID! Bring to a low boil 1/2 cup full-fat coconut milk, pour over 4.5oz dark chocolate chips (I used super dark choc, I think 80%?). Whisk together until melted. Put in fridge until cooled and thickened and whisk it up again. Plop on top of cupcakes.
