Re: March 2020 dinners.
I made up a recipe Cheesy Cauliflower casserole (that was surprisingly well-received) and added flax flatbread (that got moderate reviews)..

Re: March 2020 dinners.
We're having a cajun shrimp and kielbasa sheet pan dinner. I don't think my kids will be happy because there are red peppers, green zucchini and yellow squash.

You could add some lemon juice and/or zest to the confit or the garlic oil. Otherwise, I would just saute minced garlic in olive oil (slowly so it doesn't burn) add salt, crushed red pepper, lemon zest, and any other seasonings you liked from the bowls and drizzle a little over the top.

Re: March 2020 dinners.
Tonight is rice and samosas, and we'll add some take-out curries from a nearby tandoori restaurant.

Re: March 2020 dinners.
We're picking up dinner tonight because DD and her BF are coming home from college and I'm nervous about feeding 6 adults for 3 meals a day.

Re: March 2020 dinners.
She likes fish fries on fridays. Since those are all cancelled I tried to do it at home. I’ve done it before but this was a huge disappointing fail.
