Barely for breakfast!!
I made barely and brown rice during the day when I had time. Mix the two together and put in fridge for in the morning. In the morning, make a serving of old fashioned oats in a med bowl. Add 1 - 1.5 cups of the barley mix, a tsp or two of real maple syrup (not pancake syrup, the real stuff) and microwave for a min or two. Stir in any fresh fruit (strawberries are the absolute yummiest!) and any nuts you like, and some flax for super healthy. So Good!!! And so easy!! Takes about 4 mins! Enjoy!

Re: Barely for breakfast!!
I'm sorry, but I had to check out this thread to see what could be "barely" for breakfast I think you mean "barley"

Re: Barely for breakfast!!
You know... I wondered about that after I posted it... Spelling is not a strong point of mine...
