need your fave meal ideas/recipes
We're working at getting back on the (mostly) vegetarian wagon here. I'm kind of hitting a brick wall over supper ideas though. I think my brain is on early Christmas vacation.
What are some of your family's fave veg supper meals? I'm wanting to expand our repertoire a bit. |

Re: need your fave meal ideas/recipes
My rainbow nachos and potato soup are both veggie, and nearly vegan - I add cheese to the nachos and some butter to the soup, but that's it. Both are around here on the board somewhere.

Re: need your fave meal ideas/recipes
It's getting to be Winter here.
Lasagna potato soup burritos beans and rice or cornbread. Vegetable soup and a loaf of oatmeal bread. Roasted veggies (sweet potatoes, potatoes, whole heads of garlic, onion, brussel sprouts....toss with some oil, vinegar, herbs, salt etc) Reuben sandwiches (I use tempeh or tofurkey slices)
