Anyone up for an Iron Chef challenge?
I've got broccoli, squash, cherry tomatoes, and a handful of green beans. Turn it into food please? GF/DF I have ground beef and chicken.
The only thing I can think of is stir-fry.

Re: Anyone up for an Iron Chef challenge?
Could you make the squash into noodles and then sauté up the chicken, tomatoes, green beans for a pasta primavera sauce?

Oooh! Squash noodles! I'm the only one around here who will get excited about it, but it's a great idea!

Re: Anyone up for an Iron Chef challenge?
I think the pasta idea is the best one. I'll make it tomorrow, since I had to work tonight.

Good idea about the vegetable noodles. Does anyone have one of those spiralizer things?
