Re: What are you eating in November?
Managed to meal plan most of the week. Need to find a cheaper way to shop though (I know how just have to actually do it ). Tonight is cheesy spaghetti bake and garlic bread. All but 2 are happily eating it. DS3 is eating but slowly, and DS1 tasted it and decided he didn’t like it. But he tasted it so that’s a victory!

Pasta with meat sauce. I'll have sauteed mushrooms on the side for those who would like them.

Re: What are you eating in November?
Thai chicken in the crockpot. I added riced cauliflower and green beans so I didn't have to make any sides.

Re: What are you eating in November?
I found a set of sakes in the clearance meat ( original price over $25, I spent just under $3) so we had stake, sweet potatoes and salid for dinner.

Re: What are you eating in November?
I asked DH to pick up a protein for dinner tonight when he was out and about this morning. He came home with a giant pork loin. It's enough for at least two meals.
Whatever am I going to do with it? (I rarely cook pork.) It makes sense to roast half of it and put the other half in the freezer for another meal. I'm thinking about just making a garlic and herb rub and roasting it. Do you have any favorite recipes?
