Re: August Dinners
I made air fryer chicken wings that were promptly inhaled - it was not close to enough food. (I am exhausted from school starting and didn't think about sides) Dh just left to use a Papa Murphy's credit we have.

Tonight I'm trying this grilled peach and watermelon burrata salad with a balsamic glaze. It sounds a little weird to me but one of my friends was raving about it so I want to try it now. I'm sure my kids are going to be asking where the main dish is . Hoping to be pleasantly surprised!

Re: August Dinners
I have no idea for tonight! I just realized it will be our first Wednesday with violin, 2 soccer practices and youth group. I'm not even sure how to approach it.

Re: August Dinners
Moussaka made with tiny meatballs instead of ground beef in the sauce, for DD1 and topped with Kalamata olives, for me.

Re: August Dinners
We have several evenings a week like this. My plan is to cook at 1-2pm and have leftovers for dinner. OR get some nice sub bread and have sandwiches. OR do meatballs in the crockpot for meatball subs.

Re: August Dinners
Tonight was BLTs with peaches.
Night before was burgers, fries, and salad. I actually came up with a good gf bun recipe!
