Making this right now with my stew beef cubes. I don't know about taste yet but it sure does smell mighty yummy. I'll serve it over buttered noodles & probably make a bit of gravy for myself to go with it. Looking forward to dinner tonight.

Probably. You'd just have to check it more often.

Beef stew cubes DO work btw. They were in the crock for about 6 hours on high with a few not being thoroughly thawed. YUMMO.

Haven't checked this out completely but this might help.

It was yummy. My gravy (made from the juices) needed a little extra salt but otherwise it was good. I didn't have any broth so I used water which might account for my need for a little extra salt.
