The last few days have been sloppy joes in a bowl (over rice) and stuffed chicken Parmesan.

We had this tonight. It was very, very good. The first time making it & it won't be the last. Made a few substitutions but the overall feel/flavor wouldn't change much.

tomato pie tonight!!! and the pie crust is already made and I've got bacon already cooked and crumbled in the freezer so it should come together a little faster with a little less mess than usual

Last night we had nachos with chicken, cheese, salsa, and yogurt.

Tonight will be chicken curry over rice with naan and yogurt.

We've had chili cheese dog bowls and chili cheese potatoes with leftover chili. Homemade burgers. Sweet beef and rice. Not sure what for today

black bean tacos with feta and slaw (another Smitten Kitchen recipe - or rather a combo of two of her recipes)...probably sweet corn with it, since I got a bunch on Saturday at the farmers' market, and prob the boys will have leftover mac n cheese.

carnitas tonight. had to make more tomatillo salsa but the meat is already cooked and all I have to do is pull it out of the freezer...along with a side of black beans and slaw from last night
