And D is puking. I have the 3rd load of laundry in the washer right now even though I am sick.

Daily I take Vit D, PNV, calcium, mag, B complex and just switched to flaxseed oil. I have some Zinc and took one yesterday when I started having symptoms.

What more should I be doing? I have been taking Motrin today because the body aches (mostly in my hips) is driving me nuts. It is help bring down my fever though I don't really like that.

This will probably not help with the current virus but will for ongoing viruses. I am absolutely, 100% sold on cleaning my sinuses. Not only is it fabulous for allergies and mucus, it will actually prevent viruses. Viruses have to stay in your nose for 24 hours before they infect. If you rinse your sinueses and gargle with salt water you can prevent something like 97% of viruses. We are so much healthier since we have started. I use Neil Med Sinus Rinse. They also make a neti pot.
