How to remove the smell of vomit

From bed pillows/couch cushions? Thanks in advance. My daughter was sick last night, she tried to get it off her couch cushion but there is still a stain and a smell.

Could you put the cushions in large bags with some odor eaters laying on top of the smell? It might help.

I have something that is supposed to remove the smell of vomit, urine, etc. it's peroxide based. It's what I have on hand, hopefully it will work.

Yesterday my cat threw up on the rug. Then L was sick. She is still lethargic. Now D is feeling nauseous and dizzy. It's going to be a long week.

I had to dump half a bottle of pet odor cleaner on the spot and let it soak in. It took a few days to dry but it finally got the smell out. I love how I have old quilts on the couch to protect the seats and she managed to miss it completely and soak one cushion and the arm.

Pet odor cleaner worked. L tried to clean up after she vomited so it was not so bad. But oh how I hate stomach bugs.

Wash the pillows. Spot Shot or carpet cleaner on the couch.

We had the stomach flu last week. Bac-Out did an amazing job on the smell. And some oxi-clean and peroxide on stains.

I let mine get misshapen and then I work of fluffing and shaping after they are dry.

If you have a coin laundry near your home, you could take them all down to the oversized tumbler washer and do them in 1 wash or 2 washes. (Be careful with pillows...........I once flooded my upstairs with pillows in our washer and messed up the hardwood flooring.)

I would then dry with tennis balls or wool balls in the dryer.
