I've got a roast and onions in the crock pot. I'll probably do green "fries" and some sort of roasted potato to go with it. Or I might make more bread and turn it into a French Dip. (I love baking bread!)

Tonight is leftover night. We had some leftover cheesy chicken so I added that to a bag of frozen spinach in the skillet, tossed in some spices and finished with Gorgonzola cheese and olive tapenade. The younger kids , of course, turned up their noses and asked for pasta, so I tossed together a quick tomato sauce from the garden for them.
