Stevia may disrupt communication among gut bacteria

Now, a few years later, I have it occasionally but not on purpose. Sometimes I buy something that happens to have stevia. I don't have any issues. Like many things, I think it could be in the amount consumed. The gut biome is so important to our health, both physical and mental/emotional, IMO. |
