Stacy's Cleaning Journal
I hope you guys don't mind if I start a journal here and keep updating it. I don't mind comments, in fact they are encouraging. It's always nice knowing that the work you are doing is getting noticed. DH is good about that when the house has been clean for a while, but in the initial stages he has a hard time seeing it. So yeah. I really want to get some good habits going. I don't do fly lady well. She is dumb imo So sorry! My mom loves her, I know lots of people do, but it doesn't work for me. I think maybe this will work better... public accountability!
So I am going to post my plan, and then the results later on. It is 20 minutes until 2. I can work until 6pm If I have to. I can work after 10pm if I find the drive as well. I plan on... 1. Going through DHS laundry and washing it all. (I have no idea what that means in terms of loads. Agh!) 2. Spending 1 hour on DDs bedroom 3. Getting all the dishes washed 4. At least getting the floor cleaned in the living room Doesn't sound like much, but it is. It really is. ---------- Post added at 01:57 PM ---------- Previous post was at 01:40 PM ---------- I am a type 1... I get distracted easily. I posted this and then went and made us egg sandwhiches. BACK ON TRACK! ---------- Post added at 02:28 PM ---------- Previous post was at 01:57 PM ---------- I have 16 of his shirts washing 0_o Brilliant plan. I am not going to put more laundry in the washing machine, until the first has washed AND dried AND been folded. That way I don't end up with mounds of clean clothes that end up in the floor... again.

Re: Stacy's Cleaning Journal
So I apparently never started the dryer even though I really really thought I did. So.... yeah. I also never worked on the kitchen or living room. Mostly been working on my daughters room. I feel like I am at a stand still in there. I just wish we could move already and re-do the furniture. She has the same furniture since she was a baby and it is impossible to use at this stage in her life. She needs things where she can see them and EASILY put them away. When we move i am installing shallow shelves so 1 toy will fit on the spot, and she can literally just line her toys up and see every single one. The dolls I am getting a show organizer for ASAP so they can hang on her wall.

Re: Stacy's Cleaning Journal
Yesterday I did not have a plan. lol All i really did was fold the shirts from the day before. And actually DH helped me.
Today I have some clothes I will gather up, 2 kids purses and a poster I will drop off at goodwill on my way to get my nose medicine. I will also return the 2 library books I found. unfortunately there are 5 more library books hiding. I've already had DD put her ponies nicely on her shelves. That counts as me right? Todays big plan is wash the hubbys pants!!! And fold them. And I don't really have a choice. I have to get the kitchen cleaned so my DD can make cookies.

Re: Stacy's Cleaning Journal
I've been doing little things here and there, and today will kind of be the same. Except I am going to put the Christmas decorations today after I get off of work. I work 1-5 today.
Later tonight I am going to be working on my plan for the next few months. We have a lot going on, and I have to make mad changes to make it work out.
