Re: Today's hill to die on
Is there any way to make it fun? I could she suck ice cubes? Add a splash of juice? Straws? Under those conditions I'd concede a lot to get the fluids in, regardless of normal house rules. That kind of heat is no fun.

Try drinking from bowls and spoons? Brothy soup? Popsicles?
That is SO hot. |

Re: Today's hill to die on
She in general doesn't eat liquid. Doesn't drink water doesn't eat the broth in soup. She will drink sweet things and eat fruit. It is frustrating.

Re: Today's hill to die on
What fruits/veggies will she eat? Water melon, cantaloupe, honeydew, cucumber, etc. are all mostly water. Would a fun straw (the crazy curly ones that cannot be washed in the dishwasher UGH) make her want to drink? Can you make popsicles or Jell-O? If you have a QuickTrip or Chick Fil-A nearby, you could get the yummy crushed ice that is easy to chew.

Re: Today's hill to die on
She will eat fruit. And I try to keep us stocked with water fruits.
I find it frustrating because if she decides she won't eat cuecumbers for a week they will rot. Today we set a all new high minimum temp for the state it neaver got below 80 at any point yesterday. Today should he slightly better. Sent from my Pixel 2 XL using Tapatalk

Re: Today's hill to die on
My kids like to eat ice or crushed ice (I just smash it up myself lol), or drink water from toy teacups.
