Re: Magnificent March Meals
Today is Fishy Friday. I'm thinking probably salmon burgers and green beans.
Last night we had Tuscan chicken with broccoli, peas, and homemade bread. Wednesday was crock pot night - chicken fajita soup. Tuesday was Asian lettuce wraps with ground turkey. Monday I made Taco / Nacho salad.

Re: Magnificent March Meals
Made homemade gluten free hamburger helper tonight.
Pasta is a rare treat for my kids. I try to minimize the blatant starches because my dd deal with thyroid issues. So kids were excited for the treat. Served steamed broccoli on the side.

I made a quick chicken salad for the children tonight. My husband and I are going out so I don't know what we're having yet.

Re: Magnificent March Meals
Ds(17) had a few friends over today so the burden was high to provide easy and filling.
Homemade taco pasta skillet. Leftover taco meat, so I sautee'd it with onion, added diced tomatoes, pasta, and liquid and a few more spices then cooked down till pasta was tender. Added in some fresh chopped spinach and VOILA. Deliciousness. Roasted some broccoli on the side and a delicious complete and healthy dinner. https://imgur.com/a/xhW4L I have NO clue how to include a picture within the post with this new program.... Help?

Re: Magnificent March Meals
Salsa chicken with bell peppers. Mixed with rice for the boys, topped with a few broken tortilla chips for me.
