Best cucumber recipes!!

besides pickles!! i really need some ideas i have a TON sitting on my counter!!

Sweet and sour cucumbers with dill
Cilantro Lime Cucumber Salad
Grandma's Cucumber Salad - I only add the onion, not the garlic and green peppers and I don't add any sugar

We love cucumbers in all kinds of green salads - tossed, Greek

Cucumbers dipped in hummus are really, really yummy.

We always add fresh cucumbers to our veggie plates with homemade sour cream or green goddess dip.

Cucumbers go really well with Greek food. We make homemade ground beef gyros and add cucumbers, lettuce, red onion, tomatoes, feta and dill yogurt sauce to them. We also make a marinated Greek veggie salad that has cucumbers in it as well. If you want the recipes for any of these, I'd be happy to type them out. Oh, you could make tzatziki (although I don't have a tried and true recipe for it)

I love to thinly slice some cucumber and put the slices evenly on a plate and sprinkle them with a little salt and pepper and eat them as a snack.

There are also sour cream cucumber salads recipes out there although I haven't found one that I love yet.
