roasted veggies (beets, potatoes, green beans and broccoli) and roasted chicken, and coconut rice.

and we went apple picking the other weekend so we processed a bunch of apples for the freezer today, and as long as we were doign that might as well make a big apple crumble right?? soo apple crumble for dessert!! (and hopefully for breakfast

Tonight I made a pasta casserole for the kids and oven roasted curry chicken for dh and I.

On the side we had roasted carrots, broccoli, mushrooms and onion.
