This is sooo helpful.

I am looking for a recommendation for a good reference book or two that would help me know how to use all of the above most effectively for myself and the children. This might be a good place for recommendations????

If you have a good rec, please post soon, I have amazon money burning a hole in my pocket, lol.

She also has a book for adults:

Smart Medicine for Healthier Living : Practical A-Z Reference to Natural and Conventional Treatments for Adults

Is it any good?

I like the "What Really Works for Kids" book because it gives a fairly basic but informative overview of natural health and is a good starting point to share with other people how you don't always have to resort to conventional drugs.

Great list by the way!

Thanks for the book recomendations - i was looking for a couple of good reference books for natural /herbal health guide lines...

I know about collidal silver, and some basic herbs.

Does any one here do much with charcoal?
We have used that for polltices, sore throats, bites, flu, for years.
It is a wonderful (altho can be messy) natural remedy.

thanks again,

Anyone have anything new to add or anything to agree with?
