What is the best milk sub.
for lattes/mochas? I tried rice milk this morning, and it did not work. Thanks!

Yuck, no, that wouldn't!
I like Silk Vanilla coconut milk in my coffee. If you're avoiding sugar, I think the "original" coconut milk has a good consistency, too.

I like soy milk when I stop at Starbucks, but I don't like to use it on a regular basis. I like canned coconut milk in coffee too.
