Re: Sheet Pan Dinners
I didn't use worcestershire sauce in my first batch. I used pureed peaches in their juice instead of preserves. I "marinated" it in the sense that I threw it all in a freezer bag and froze it ahead of time.
Sweet Peach and Mustard Grilled Pork Chops What you need: • 3 tbsp stone ground mustard • 2 tbsp lime juice • 4 tbsp organic peach preserve (or 3 tbsp fresh diced peaches + 1 tbsp honey) • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce • 1/4 tsp. onion powder • 2 tbsp orange juice • What you do: 1. If possible, marinade your pork chops in lime juice and a pinch of salt for an hour prior to grilling. 2. Mix all ingredients together to make glaze. 3. Place chops on medium-high grill and baste with mustard glaze. 4. Cook 4-5 minutes and flip. 5. Coat other side with glaze and cook an additional 4-5 minutes. 6. If concerned about done-ness, cut one chop and check center for pinkness. ---------- Post added at 10:09 AM ---------- Previous post was at 10:08 AM ---------- Oh, and I didn't grill it. Probably obvious I did the sheet pan version.

Re: Sheet Pan Dinners
So you cut an onion and threw it on top and then roasted a pan of carrots below? Was that enough to feed all 5 of you or did you do other sides?
Totally stealing that recipe. It sounds amazing.

If you made enough carrots Or you could throw in a couple of cubed red potatoes.

Re: Sheet Pan Dinners
Anyone just dump frozen veggies onto the sheet pans? Wondering what veggies would work well.

Re: Sheet Pan Dinners
I'm loving this idea! I'll need to do two pans and right now I only have one that would work well.

Re: Sheet Pan Dinners
I tried the fajitas this week. Yummy and easy. Although, I think next time I will try them with my usual marinade.

Re: Sheet Pan Dinners
I've done it with frozen broccoli. I add some oil, sprinkle with seasoning and it's one of my kids fave.

Re: Sheet Pan Dinners
We roast frozen green beans all the time - the long/uncut version. I don't notice much difference compared to fresh green beans.

Re: Sheet Pan Dinners
Sure! Toss with a small amount of olive oil. Season as desired - I usually use my garlic pepper grinder and a bit of Costco's salt free seasoning. Bake at 350-375 for about 20 minutes.
Sorry if that's vague. I read the instructions online a few years ago and I tend to just wing it. I just try not to over-do the olive oil, because in my experience they don't turn out as well.
