We had teriyaki chicken tacos (with leftover teriyaki chicken ), roasted broccoli and carrots and freshly chopped pineapple.

We're having a second Christmas dinner! A friend couldn't have us over for the 25th so we're going today (since it's Orthodox Christmas here. We kind of end up having two Christmas's most years!)

I actually made chili last night and Thai coconut curry tonight Made enough to freeze (yay), which takes some burden off when I go back to work after all these glorious snow days!
